The Meaning of Ground Floor Opportunities!
Let’s talk about the meaning of ground floor opportunities, because I believe many people are misunderstanding what ground floor opportunity really means. When a companies throws ground floor opportunities offers at you, they are only going so far to except so many people until there is 50, 100, maybe 1000 people enrolled, then they teach which ever one of the team members who are willing to put in the effort to do the same as they have. So, my point is, if you are not one those first 1000 or so member already enrolled, consider yourself at the bottom of that organization to start your own team from the ground floor up, especially if you are enrolled under a member at the bottom before you, that is not motivated to work to build the team, so tell me now, how many more opportunities are you to run and jump at? Sounds sad huh! Learn to work on your own ground floor, don’t just enroll 3 then leave it and expect someone else to do it for you, chances are your ground floor is not going to move, also chances are you will give up and drop out of the program, why because most people are not motivated by your leader enough to put in the effort to continue building the organization. So why stop at enrolling just 3 members? Hear this, have you ever heard of a team leader who lecture many people and enroll 1000s of members, if you are lucky enough to be member of that team and among those 1000 members you would have no problem raking in $320,000 with just 10 already under you, and with no effort put in from you. How does that sound? That is what I call an excellent opportunity. So if I offer to work with 30 people, your best bet is to jump at the ground floor opportunity, once the first 30 is in, how about if I work with 30 more, that last 30th person will not suffer at being at the bottom and not getting paid, that’s what I call an excellent team leader, who has offer the continue to build the team no matter how many people is enrolled under this team leader, it is obvious, this leader has made the choice to make this their primary business to work with for many years. |
